Pathways to your MBA
At Minerva Elite Performance we offer three qualifications within our MBA pathway, each is an entry point suited to your needs. The three qualifications available ensure that regardless of your prior attainment, the time available to you for study, or to simply build your confidence in Higher Education, we can support you!
You can enrol directly onto our Extended Diploma (there is no requirement for you to first do the certificate or diploma) however, these offer a great option for anyone who would like to start their journey with a smaller qualification and build their confidence, with the ambition to then enrol onto the next level!
The units in all three qualifications are the same, meaning that by completing the certificate, you have completed one of the mandatory units in both the diploma and the extended diploma. These will carry across when you enrol onto the next level! Each qualification builds on top of the previous with additional units added to meet the credits required for the higher level.
*Please note that our partner universities require 120 credits (the Extended Diploma) for entry to the MBA top-up.

LEVEL 7 STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP – CERTIFICATE
This qualification is designed to provide a smaller bite-sized qualification focused on strategic management and leadership. It can be studied in combination with other qualifications or as training within a wide range of employment fields to introduce learners to essential knowledge and understanding of strategic management and leadership. It enables progression into larger sized qualifications both in this and other subject areas.
Credits: 20
Units: One mandatory unit.

LEVEL 7 STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP – DIPLOMA
This qualification builds on the Certificate and is designed to provide a focused qualification on strategic management, leadership and change, with optional units that allow some specialisation. It prepares learners to work as strategic managers and leaders.
Credits: 60
Units: Three units, of which two are mandatory.

LEVEL 7 STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP – EXTENDED DIPLOMA
This qualification builds on the Diploma and is designed to provide a broad qualification on strategic management and leadership. It prepares learners to work as strategic managers and leaders with optional units in, for example, planning, creative and innovative management, and communication. The credits achieved within this qualification are required for entry into an MBA top-up programme.
Credits: 120
Units: Six units, of which three are mandatory
