In April 2024 MEP started a 12-month journey with our friends and external stakeholders at Kimal (one of the industry’s leading organisations in providing healthcare innovation) Kimal and MEP are working together to promote the exploration of differentiated leadership strategies in an ever-evolving sector. This programme consists of themed workshops that delve into the intricacies of managing people and outcomes in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.
