Anthony Agate Initiated contact with both myself and Craig Smith DipHE, CMgr MCMI.to design a bespoke Conflict Management Training programme for staff throughout the Herefordshire County. Anthony and the management team, consulted with Minerva Elite Performance because of their expertise and over 20 years experience in the development and delivery of bespoke education and safety programmes. Yesterday saw the first course delivery, with handpicked representatives from Health & Safety and the Senior Management Team.
