We’ve found, through our own experience, that academic learning is not for everyone. The theories may be sound, but if we present them as abstract waffle, we’ll send you to sleep!
So we’re coming at this from a different angle. Through coaching that explores your background, and finds lessons there that bring the theory to life.

Level 7 ranges from a Certificate to an Extended Diploma, with credits passing from one level to the next. Once you reach 120 credits, you can opt to apply for a Masters:

If your starting goal is an MBA, enrol on our fast-track programme. We’ll take you straight through Level 7 and onto a Masters at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Chances are, you’re more ready for this than you realise. All you need is a few years behind you, in a busy work environment. Whether you got that in a business or charity, public sector, healthcare, the military… it makes no odds.
You’ve got a bank of experience we can draw on, to get you through this programme.
Distance learning has never been more convenient. With a personal tutor and a bank of online resources, you can work at your own pace – with up to 24 months to complete a programme that’s easily done in a year.

Level 7 is a perfect start for anyone who wants to emerge as a leader, either in the world of business, public sector or charities.
You could be starting out, and looking for your first promotion. You could be a manager, and eyeing something more senior. You could be switching careers, with proven skills you can transfer to a new role.
Either way, this gives you the foundation to advance your career.
There’s no set requirement in terms of qualifications. All you need is some real world experience, so you can look back at the work you’ve done with a new strategic focus.
That doesn’t mean you need a track record as a leader or manager – you could just as easily draw on your time as a team member, implementing decisions that were taken in the board room.
In other words, this is right for you if you’ve taken big decisions OR you’ve felt their impact. So you have something real to pull apart in your assignments.
This is practical coaching and mentoring, with no fluff or unfounded theory. Through pre-recorded seminars and personal feedback, we’ll be showing you proven methods that work in the real world – as seen through the lens of your own career, to make it more relatable.
A new subject can be daunting, and it’s easy to lose confidence. So you can speak to your tutor at any time, and get feedback on your assignments. They’ll let you know how you’re doing, and steer you through to the end of each module.
And don’t worry about timing – it’s a 12-month programme, and you’ll have up to 24 months to complete. Just agree deadlines with your tutor, to fit in with your schedule.
You’ll submit a set of written assignments, plus two short presentations. There’s no exam to swot for – just submit the work on schedule, and your tutor will feed back to you via Teams Education.
Level 7 is all about choices. Use it to win a new job or promotion, start a new career, or even set up your own business – your options are wide open.
And remember, it’s also a stepping stone towards an MBA. If you earn the full 120 credits, you can apply for a Masters at a choice of universities. We’ll explain it all when we talk.
Minerva Elite Performance delivered their Leadership in Action Seminar and Workshop at RAF Coningsby, helping to build on Service Personnel’s existing knowledge of leadership values and techniques.
The workshop was well received with an excellent attendance rate and positive feedback, with many participants commenting on the enthusiasm and professionalism of Craig, the knowledge on leadership styles and the enjoyment of the interactive activity. Additionally, participants enjoyed how engaging the session was and many wished it had been longer to delve into the topic in more detail. In the future, we would be delighted to welcome MEP back to deliver this workshop again.
