Level 7 Strategic Management & Leadership

Bespoke Coaching for Your Organisation

HOWEVER, your organisation might need something more. Something to meet the nuanced challenges your leaders are facing.

A challenge that’s inflated in your line of work? That ties into regulations, or narrows your focus on skills?

What does “bespoke” really mean?

Well lets be honest, “bespoke” covers a lot of bases. It could mean anything, from a minor add-on to a programme built from scratch – and then is it unique to your field, or to your operation?

All of which begs the question… “how bespoke is ‘bespoke’?”

ANSWER: we will customise as much as you need, and no more.

We’ll take every step to make your programme relevant to your team, by drawing on industry practice and real life scenarios. But where a standardised lesson fits the bill, we don’t reinvent for the sake of it – we merge it with the custom learning, to save you time and money.

We’ll know what bespoke means to you when you get in touch.

We’ll discuss:

  • YOUR SECTOR, and all the external pressures that are bearing down. Financial matters… governance… sensitivities… innovation… everything the outside world is bringing to your door.

PLUS –

  • YOUR ORGANISATION, and all your internal issues: culture… skillsets… conflicts… sales and retention… streamlining… the tricky paths your future leaders will learn to navigate.

Armed with this, we’ll make a recommendation that’s unique to you. We might say:

1 – You don’t need bespoke – our standard Level 7 programme has it all covered.

OR:

2 – You need this specific, tailored route to Level 7.

OR:

3 – You need custom training, but skip the qualification – this is only for skills.

All doors are open until we understand your training goals and challenges.

You Will Learn

Naturally, we can’t give you an exact list of learning outcomes, as this programme stems from your agenda, not ours. So it’s more of a “skills buffet”, where every lesson is chosen on merit.

Once we’ve uncovered your priorities, we can get into the detail. Starting with all the staple components of leadership coaching:

  • Strategic Management & Leadership
  • Strategic Change Management
  • Research Methods
  • Project Management
  • Strategic Human Resource Management
  • Financial Principles
  • Strategic Marketing

Some will be vital to you, some useful, and some may not be needed. So we’ll choose your topics – and explore others you might want to blend in – then look at practical adaptations: how to present each lesson through the lens of your activity.

THE IMPACT BOOST OF COACHING

Our tailored programme will give your team a relevant, contextualised introduction to leadership. But that’s only the first step.

When it comes to delivery, we coach and mentor each person one-to-one. Mining their experience, to find a deeper connection.

In other words, “bespoke” is working on two levels:

Tailored for your operation… and again for the individual.

Where will it lead?

It depends on what you – and your team – want to achieve.

If you want pure skills training, with no end qualification, this is about your team pulling in one direction – efficiently tackling highly specific challenges.

On the other hand, if it’s part of a Level 7 qualification, you’ll have a leadership team with more rounded skills and perspectives. And if they choose, they’ll have the credits to study for a Masters.

“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.”

Michael Jordan

Either way, it’s a win-win for you as an organisation.

  • You’re future-proofing, by upskilling your leaders and lining up a new generation.
  • You’re problem-solving. Digging into real issues, to find better ways of working.
  • All while building a leadership team that shares a common purpose.

Let’s look at where you are today, and the future you want to create.

When, Where & How

That’s the beauty of bespoke – nothing is prescribed. We can deliver your custom programme remotely or onsite, through a blend of course materials, group sessions and one-to-one coaching.
