When, Where & How

FAQs

Any organisation with a need for education. Mostly, that means training subject experts to pass on their hard-won knowledge, to fill resource gaps and ensure continuity. But for some organisations, it’s about external training – for example, if a local authority wants to raise educational standards in their community, we can bring teaching skills to members of that community.

This programme covers the basics of education and training, so attendees don’t need qualifications or teaching experience. All we ask is that everyone is aged 19+, with a good standard of written and spoken English.

Join us in Hereford twice a week for a 6-week face-to-face programme, or – for a more bespoke option – we can deliver the training on your premises. Either option will lead to the same Level 3 qualification.

Attendees will be learning various assessment methods, and we’ll cement that by assessing them in many different ways. Over 14 short assignments, they’ll prepare mind maps, essays, presentations and more, plus a short teaching demonstration and a peer assessment.

For your subject experts, it’s a route to a recognised qualification. They’re becoming dual professionals – practitioners and teachers.
