The UK’s finest learning and development experience

We support educators at every level, from schools to FE colleges and universities.

For most, it’s about leadership – we’re here to coach your teaching staff as they move into senior posts.

For some, it’s infill – we devise new modules to fit your curriculum.

And sometimes, it’s a handover – we teach the foundations here, then pass you the baton.

Talk to us. There’s so much we can offer, as your strategic partner.

Educators: upskill your teams and
expand your curriculum

Educators attending a leadership and professional development workshop to enhance teaching and management skills in schools, colleges, and universities.

Preparing teachers for non-teaching roles

It’s the same in every institution. Professional educators, who’ve spent their lives teaching, step into leadership roles and find it’s “sink or swim”.

Whether they’re a head of school or department, the challenges keep coming. Juggling budgets… sponsoring change… leading a taskforce or project… essential work that no-one can expect to “learn on the job”.

So who teaches the teachers?

Our leadership coaches will work with the senior members of your faculty, to equip them as dual professionals: educational leaders, with the skills to plan ahead and tackle any situation.

Removing them from the chessboard, to see the whole game strategically.

We’ll explore proven leadership methods, in an educational context. In readiness for internal disputes, financial constraints, regulatory change – and maintaining relations with stakeholders, like parents, students and governors.

There’s always more we can offer. We’ve supported our education partners with drugs awareness, safe search training, and staff development days.

We’ll devise a custom programme when you get in touch.

Case Study

Partnering with Hereford College to qualify first aiders

Hereford College runs various courses for students planning a career in Uniformed Public Services. They asked us to deliver a module on Emergency First Aid at Work, to equip their students with the skills and confidence to handle different situations.

In the client’s own words:

“Molly was our main point of contact, and from start to finish, she was absolutely spot on. She was quick to respond to emails and really flexible in helping us get everything sorted.

On the day, she turned up early to get set up and was friendly, professional, and clearly knew her stuff. The students had a lot of respect for her. She answered all their questions, even the more technical ones outside the basic course content.

Overall, the service from MEP has been excellent. Easy to book, easy to work with, and the quality of the training was brilliant. We had 18 students qualify as first aiders, and they have left the course feeling confident and ready to use those skills wherever they go next. The students really enjoyed the session and said it would be great if she could deliver more courses for the next group of Uniformed Protective Services students coming through. We will definitely be getting MEP back in.”
