With an ex-military founder, we know that people who work on the frontline are naturally hands-on. They’ll learn more by doing than sitting through lectures or wading through abstract theories. So all our programmes are designed to engage their practical instincts.
That goes beyond the physical skills, like practising first aid. The same tangible approach applies in every discipline.

Case Study
Leadership in Action: bespoke coaching for the MOD
We devised a programme for future leaders in the military and blue light services. Delivered across four MOD locations, Leadership in Action focused on the challenges of leading in complex, adaptive environments, including field operations.
Through interactive sessions, we explored scenarios where the leader’s role shifts from moment to moment, and the art of switching leadership styles as situations evolve.
Learners emerged with the confidence to lead in their own natural style – ready to inspire and guide the diverse people in their command.
Minerva Elite Performance delivered their Leadership in Action Seminar and Workshop at RAF Coningsby, helping to build on Service Personnel’s existing knowledge of leadership values and techniques.
The workshop was well received with an excellent attendance rate and positive feedback, with many participants commenting on the enthusiasm and professionalism of Craig, the knowledge on leadership styles and the enjoyment of the interactive activity. Additionally, participants enjoyed how engaging the session was and many wished it had been longer to delve into the topic in more detail. In the future, we would be delighted to welcome MEP back to deliver this workshop again.
